Handheld times are not reflected on the all-time lists or records as they have been converted to fully automatic times.

Prior to 1980 the 100 yard dash was run.  The conversion of 100 yard times to 100 meters is the addition of .9 of a second.  Hand held times have added .24 of a second to convert to electronic timing.
