Handheld times are not reflected on the all-time lists or records as they have been converted to fully automatic times.

From 1974 to 1979 the 220 yards dash was run.  From 1980 the event changed to 200 meters. The conversion of 220 yards times to 200 meters is the subtraction of .1 (“c”).  Hand held times (“h”) have added .24 of a second to convert to electronic timing.
