Handheld times are not reflected on the all-time lists or records as they have been converted to fully automatic times.

Prior to 1980 440 yards was run.  In the Frosh-Soph level up into the 1950’s 330 yards was run.  The conversion of 440 yards times to 400 meters is the subtraction of .3 of a second.  Hand held times have added .14 of a second to convert to electronic timing.
